Factory & Infrastructure
Smart Tooling Solution Pvt Ltd operates from a well-established facility strategically located in PKV Mahanagar Phase-1, Kundrathur, Kanchipuram District. Our infrastructure spans a total area of 12,000 square feet, with 9,000 square feet dedicated to the tool room and 3,000 square feet to the production unit. The facility is designed to ensure seamless integration of design, machining, assembly, and molding processes under one roof.
The tool room is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including advanced VMCs, EDMs, CNC wirecut machines, surface grinders, milling machines, and radial drills. Our mold design and production capabilities are supported by a skilled team and cutting-edge CAD/CAM software to meet the demands of complex and high-precision tooling projects.
MACHINES SPECIFICATIONS
The injection molding section features machines ranging from 100T to 250T capacities, including models from Milacron, Electronica, Toshiba, and Haitian. The entire plant layout has been engineered for optimal workflow, including designated areas for mold storage, quality inspection, conference and waiting rooms, and organized logistics and vehicle movement.
To support quality assurance, our facility is equipped with calibrated instruments such as digital verniers, micrometers, slip gauges, dial indicators, and height gauges. Overhead EOT cranes and a robust power infrastructure ensure smooth handling and uninterrupted operations.
